On July 23th 2021, CIIMAR’s Animal Health and Aquaculture Team (A2S) organized an open online symposium “Animal Health Symposium”, with the goal to share the results achieved within the INFLAMMAA project, focused on animal health and welfare in aquaculture.
Ana Gonçalves, from GreenCoLab, joined to present part of a previous work on a natural extract as a functional ingredient: “Olive oil production waste’s extract as a functional ingredient for health improvement of yellowtail kingfish (Seriola lalandi): effects from the host physiology to the gut microbiota.”
