Laís Speranza, leader of GreenCoLab’s Sustainability WG, was honoured to be invited to take part in the fantastic ‘UFABC for MiN@s’ project, in which with passion and dedication, shared her personal experience as a scientist.  Her motivating words can help girls who are graduating from secondary school when it comes to deciding their future careers.
The UFABC for MiN@s project aims to expand the horizons of these young women, offering new opportunities and helping them to discover the diverse possibilities in the fields of science and engineering. By sharing her experiences and challenges, Laís Speranza not only encouraged interest in STEM areas but also reinforced the importance of female representation in science and technology.
This project, aims to inspire and empower the next generation of innovators, shaping a future where more girls feel motivated to pursue science and technology careers.
