GreenCoLab had the pleasure to receive the special visit of the Colab4Food team, André Mota, Denise Chung and Patricia Fradinho on the 12th of September.
This moment highlighted the beginning of a close partnership that will soon merge the disruptive universe of algae with food design and innovation. During the day, the Colab4Food team had the chance to visit GreenCoLab’s facilities, take a quick peek at the new Culture Collection room, and later meet to discuss the collaboration for the development of innovative algal-based food products.
